A gentle, compassionate space

Driven by a genuine desire to help and work alongside people, I hold an MA in Art Psychotherapy and bring wide experience supporting children and adults through life's hardest experiences. My practice is trauma-informed and person-centred.

Through a mix of conversation and art making, I offer a compassionate space for healing, reflection, and expression.

Art therapy provides a gentle way to explore emotions that can be difficult to put into words. Through image-making — sometimes we only need a pen and paper — and the creative process, we can access insight, release emotional tension, and reconnect with ourselves.

Who I Work With

I offer a warm, creative space for children and adults facing emotional and mental health difficulties — from anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma and loss, to the challenges of neurodiversity such as autism and ADHD. Through art-based therapy, we gently explore difficult experiences, build emotional resilience, and grow in confidence. Most people find their symptoms begin to ease within the first 2 months, with lasting change unfolding from there.
