Not at all. Art therapy is not about skill or making something beautiful โ it's about using the creative process to explore and express. No experience is needed, and there's no right or wrong way to take part.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults facing a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, a consultation is a good place to start.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are usually weekly or fortnightly. We'll agree a rhythm that suits your needs during your initial consultation.
